What this site collects, and what it does not

Data we receive

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company name if you provide one, and the text of your message. The form is delivered through Formspree, which relays it to our inbox and maintains its own privacy policy. We collect nothing else, and we never request payment details through this site.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising, and embeds no third-party tracking tools. It loads no images or files from external servers, so opening a page does not report your visit to anyone else.

How we use your message

We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, and may pass it internally to the relevant venture within the group. We do not sell your data or share it outside the group, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your request.

Correspondence is kept for no longer than twenty-four months from our last exchange, and is then deleted.

Access and deletion

You may request a t3 of the data we hold about you, or its deletion, at any time by writing to collaborate@heracleon.com. We action such requests within thirty days and confirm completion in writing.

We may update this policy when the way the site works changes.
